A special evening to learn how to cook carbonara pasta with chef Barbara Agosti, at Eggs, the coolest spot in Trastevere.
At the counter of Eggs, you will discover all the secrets of the Carbonara’s history, the best ingredients to use when making it and tricks on how to cook it perfectly.
While waiting, you can taste the chef’s fried and crunchy tastes. There will be a collective preparation of three types of carbonara, starting with the Classical.
And to end an handmade tiramisu, made by the Campo de ‘Fiori Zum workshop.
